Remote Not Working With Buttons Over Video

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me here.

I've created a DVDSP 4 project with video
tracks that have buttons over video. The
button text is embedded in the video file,
and I'm simply using shaded boxes for
navigation while the video is playing.

My problem is that the remote buttons for the video
underneath the buttons, are not working
are not working on any stand-alone DVD player. They only
work on Apple's DVD player's remote. And by remote
buttons I mean the pause, ffwd, etc. buttons on a physical
remote control.

I've tried 3 different, newer stand-alone DVD players and get
the same result.

Within the DVDSP project I have "enabled all" under user
operations, so this is puzzling. Does anyone have
any suggestions?
