"Playing it on a 32in. LCD. Ok it plays what is right up to the Title safe guide lines. But when I play it on the DVD player on my mac... it shows everything outside the title safe lines. IT shows the re-sizing of the video clips.... "
Yes thats because a computer and a TV are two completely different technologies. They WILL display things differently.
