Msacci,
Thanks for your comments. From your past posts, I believe your advice is my best bet.
I will create the Play All functionality by placing the video/audio assets on one track.
I could possibly re-edit this to one video track, then re-run compressor as you suggested (and add the chapter markers in FCP, I assume). But tell me, why do you highly recommend this strategy?
Also, will the resulting muxed file be huge?
