Yes, I think that the previous 'rude' posting guy was thinking literally and not laterally. I unfortunately don't have a clue as far as Adobe's solution, but with DVD Studio Pro, you can make each of your rollovers a snippet of video. I am not sure however, if there is a way to turn off the looping, someone may be able to clarify this for me. If it is made in an application like After Effects or Motion, you can encode to Quicktime Animation and include an Alpha channel to show parts of the background if that is the effect you are after. Essentially it can be done in a way, you would need to include the sound and animation effect in the video for the rollover. There is a certain caveat that you need to take into consideration, which I read on Apples site,

That will ensure the highest quality from a quicktime encode for DVD Studio Pro. Sorry I couldn't be much more help.
