Yes, it does seem busted. I wrote a couple of feedback letters to Apple through their feedback sections on the dvd studio pro site. I've made an HD MPEG2 of my piece for now and burned a disc which I am going to test on a toshiba HD DVD player this week. Although it has AC3 audio for now, because when I tried AIFF as was suggested by someone on the forum, I got the "muxer bit rate too high" error.
