Power DVD audio sync issue

Hi DVDSP people!
I haven't posted or checked-in in a while, hope all is well with everyone. You guys have been so helpful in the past, I figured I'd see if anyone has any wisdom they'd like to share.
A DVDSP4 project of mine is having a very strange issue, which I've never experienced in all my (4) years of DVD authoring:
The final video content plays back beautifully on every set-top player and Mac DVD drive I can fine, as well as VLC, Windows Media Player and Real Player on a few different test PCs.
However, when playing back the video content using PowerDVD for PC (this is having tested with several different PCs and several versions of PowerDVD), the audio is slightly askew from the video, by at least 20-30 frames.
Does anyone here have ANY idea why this might be the case?
Of course, my client ONLY has PowerDVD on his laptop, so I can't really say, "Oh, well, it works on every other platform BESIDES yours!"
These clips were encoded with the Sorenson Squeeze 4.3 MPG-2 encoder, with AC3 audio from Compressor 2. Not sure if that is helpful for troubleshooting...
Any assistance, comments or experience you could share would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks -- Jerry Silverman
