Re: DVD SP 4 crashing and freezing..no clue why

Did anyone ever solve this problem??
I'm just now having the same issue. Upgraded to Tiger 10.4.5 and FCP Studio 5....did all the proapp updates.
DVDSP "half opens"....no top menu ever loads, half the windows are frozen, nothing functions. When I try to open any given project the open dialogue pops up on screen for a second and then vanishes....it's a mess.
I've searched several forums and numerous people have had this issue yet there hasn't been one solution posted. Wondering if you all threw out DVDSP or found a fix.
Don't know if it's related, but my Toast Titanium 6 is failing too. Launches for a split second and then quits. Related?
If someone solved this please HELP..
Thanks
Flyer
