I'm experiencing the same thing in NTSC. Self-contained quicktime movies are exported from FCP 5.0.4 and put into a batch in compressor 2.0.1. 2 pass VBR with dolby digital 2.0 and AIFF 48/16 have given me the same result. There's usually a difference of about 15 frames between the video and audio files, according to the inspector and timeline in DVDSP 4.0.3.

any suggestions? get squeeze?
