Adrian ZehnTrying to make a template.....chapter markers and buttons......

I am trying to make a template with DVD studio pro 4. What I want to do is quite simple I'm sure - must be a very common operation that DVD studio pro would surely have a easy mechanism for....but I just can't work out how to do it.

This template will be used for many programs, which will come in with chapters that were created in Final Cut Pro.

I need a menu which will have buttons for each chapter labeled as they were in Final Cut Pro. What I need is for the number of buttons and the chapter names associated with them to automatically appear in the menu depending on what was set in the FCP chapter markings. For example, if the quicktime from final cut pro happens to have 3 ACTS, named ACT 1, ACT 2 and ACT 3, then I will want the menu to have a button with the label ACT 1, ACT 2 & ACT 3 to appear when I bring in that particular quicktime into my DVD studio pro template project and assign this quicktime as track one. Then, if I was making another DVD with a different quicktime, which had say 4 chapters assigned in FCP, labelled PART 1, PART 2, PART 3, PART 4, I would want the menu to automatically reflect this.

What is the mechanism / process to acheive such a template?

Thanks
A
