LOL. You are making things more difficult than you need to. You can simply export your movie straight from Final Cut Pro "Using Compressor". This option can be chosen from the export menu. The option in compressor which you are referring to (DVD Best Quality 90 Minutes) does not mean that it will take 90 minutes to compress. *smile* It simply is a pre-set setting that is good for compressing videos that are that length. If you use that setting on your 1-7 minute films, believe me it will be done in a blink of an eye and you can import that straight into DVDSP.
