Studio Pro Upgrade not available???

I am deeply troubled by this. I am also troubled because no one is talking about this anywhere. Am I just imagining things? How is that 2 hours of internet searching from 2 different people could result in neither of us finding a location to purchase the upgrade (from 3.0) OR finding a any reasoning behind them discontinuing the sale of the standalone? On top of that I couldnt find anything posted about it here in this forum.

Does anybody know a retailer that has the upgrade for sale? Do I even want to upgrade or should I abandon ship and start over with another software?

What is the future for DVD Studio Pro users who are not going to upgrade to Final Cut. Do they really expect post-houses to change to FCP when they are already heavily invested in what they use now?

I do apologize about the rant, but this has turned into the most frustrated and fruitless search ever.

Any help would be appreciated.
