It depends how you manage your projects and what sort of edits you want to make later. At the very least you'll want the DVDSP project files and all the assets you used in the project- MPEG-2s, AC3s, stills, menus etc. Going back to the FCP, you can use the media manager to create a version of the project with only the used media along with some handles.
