rotate attributes in buttons?

i'm trying to figure out how to key a rotate attribute in dvdsp4. i have a wheel with 8 lug nuts and the lugnuts are going to act as the buttons. there is a stationary indicator that is on top of the wheel that has text indicating which selection you are on. when the control is pressed left or right the wheel turns to a different lugnut and the text changes to whichever selection is set to that certain lugnut. any ideas? i've been searching all over for this. thanks.
