NEED HELP! QT reference encoded in Compressor = Jittery MPEG2

I need serious help ASAP. For some reason, my orginal workflow that has worked for me for a couple of years is now giving me problems. I keep getting jittery video on my DVDs. My process is as follows:

Export QT reference file from Avid Media Composer Adrenaline
Use Compressor (60 min high quality setting) to encode M2V file
Play in on my computer...looks fine
Burn disc and play on standalone, looks jittery...especially fast motion!

I have tried every single variety of field dominance in Compressor with no luck. I am at my wits end with a deadline approaching fast and Im now looking at purchasing a copy of BitVice in hopes that I can fix the problem.

BTW...Im running DVDSP 3, and whatever version of Compressor that came with it. Quicktime is version 7.0.2 on my DVD machine and 7.0.3 on my Avid Media Composer.

Any ideas? Need them fast!!!
