I have DVDSP 4 and I have a similar thing happen to me when burning a smaller disk (less than half a gigabyte). It gets stuck writing lead-out data. However, the program hasn't really hung; after about ten or fifteen minutes it ejects the disk and reports a successful burn. On a larger disc, 1.6 GB, writing lead-out data is instantaneous. You could try saving your disk as a .img and burning it with Disk Utility, which is what I do when I want to make several copies.
