DVD Bit Rates & Best Compression using Squeeze 4

Can some one give me a hint on what setting work best went compressing using sorenson. Their interface is quite different from compressor, and I'm lost. Also what's the best setting for encoding only video.

I'll be using DV-9's, thanks
