DVD Studio Pro Menu Overlay issues
by ABS Visuals on Jun 28, 2005 at 1:59:41 pm

On Creating a menu for a DVD I am importing an image to match the final frame of the first play sequence. When this image ie a .pct appears on screen there is an overlay employed to cover an image until that particular button is selected. The colour of the overlay is supposed to match the background so you cannot see the overlay. On seeing the menu in menu viewer in DVDSP3 it looks like the same colour but when a DVD is burnt and previewed on a laptop/TV or monitor the overlays can be seen as a different color of green.

Is this a screen calibration issue or something else which I am overlooking.

Thanks for your help on this one.

ABS
