extracting from iDVD

Hello,

I just got a DVD from a client who wants the video on the DVD to be in my creation for them. It was made in iDVD. How can I (and I mean quickly, like today or tonight)) get this video into FCP 4.5 asap to be edited? Any direction would be great. My back is against the wall here.
