10bit media renders noise AGAIN!

10bit media renders noise AGAIN!

So I just wiped one of our systems clean. Installed Snow Leopard, then Shake, then Final Cut Studio 3. Did all the updates, including 4.1.1. However, it appears 10 bit media is broken again. If I render out a ProRes clip, I get the dreaded noise. Anyone else experienced this? TIA.
