Use an Over node with video on BG, your colored txt on FG, and connect your rotoshape to the txt mask input. Repeat for the 2nd mask, or use multilayer node.
There are many other ways to do this, as it's real baby compositing.
You may find useful to read the Shake manual entirely, as it's really full of valuable stuff, and quite funny to read ;)
