You can use the frame blending submodule, that is part of the retimer, in the FileIn node.
Set speed to 1, then choose frame blending as method, and set the range to how many frames you wanna mix together. Set also the weight : O = all frames equally mixed, then higher than 0 will mix more of the actual frame and less of outside frames.
There's a good deflicker plug that is part of Furnace pack, but it's quite expensive...
You can also try to color stabilize, with a pixel analyzer carefully set...
