...not that this will give you any stats, but its easy enough to tell if its not 4:4:4, if you have change to YUV and compare the YUV (now RGB) channels, if you get any form of blockiness on the UV (GB) channels compared to the Y (R) then its not 4:4:4, ...4:2:2 will have smaller blockiness compared to 4:1:1, ...you can then do a channel blur to help soften these compression blocks before keying.
