Optical Flow Tutorials?

Anyone know where I can find a good tutorial on optical flow in Shake? I'm a newcomer to the shake world. I tried looking up this on youtube but didnt really find anything helpful. I then decided to just explore inside shake but couldnt figure out which node(s) to add to my sample clip.
