Hi,
If your shot is locked down, you might be able to get away with using a quick paint node. Make sure that the strokes are set to persist and then just use the clone tool to paint some red curtain over the mic.
Obviously if the shot is moving, then it's going to get a bit more complicated. If that is the case, you could track the mic and then create a rotoshape (which you could attach to the tracker) to grab a bit of curtain and place it over your mic. You might want to blur the rotoshape before using a 2D move and switchmatte to connect it to the original footage.
I've omitted many details, but yes, it's pretty easy if you know the basics of Shake.
