Green Horizontal Lines in Capture (AJA Io XT & HD10AVA)

Hi,

I start to digitize some old VHS tapes with a Multisystem VCR, AJA io XT and a AJA HD10AVA.
The issue I am having that I get green horizontal lines across the frame sporadically or constantly just depends on the tape.

Now it is not the VCR since I have tried three different makes and models. What could and why is this being caused?
