Thanks for the quick reply. I'm UK based - is there a UK Technical Support team?

In response to your comments:

I'm using a Panasonic BT-LH1700W Professional monitor that indicates the resolution and frequency of the input and that is clearly showing that the input to the Io Express is 1080P/23.978.

The HDMI monitor I am using will show the image without any problem when the SDI output is clean.
