all plasma (Not LCD) TV's show video 2 frames out of sync with audio.
Most cameras (pro and non-pro) record video 2 frames separate than audio.
Most DVCPROHD users did not ever notice until P2 came out, if you search here on the Cow you will find hundreds of posts on this subject.

The IoXpress does not allow for audio slewing- you would need to do that in FCP or via an external piece of hardware.
