Thanks for reply.
Do you think I can use AJA io for 1920x1080 ProRes422HQ with Fw400?
I should be OK in theory but I want to confirm that anybody was using AJA io connected to FW400 with 1920x1080 ProRes422HQ video (I'm reading that SD is working that way).

What brand of SATA drives are you using?
Software/hardware RAID0?
2.5 - 3.5 inch drives?
The problems was on empty or filled drives?
