Hi Jason,

Sounds like you might need a little assistance from one of our support techs - you can reach them via email at support@borisfx.com.

The product installer should indeed have placed the filters in the MediaCore folder for After Effects CS6 - do you have AE installed on a non-system drive, i.e., not on the C drive? Are you using the most recent installer from our web site? Exactly what product and version are you trying to install?
