We can now confirm instability when deleting an OFX filter in Vegas 10.a. The problem affects any OFX filer set, not just BCC. We know that the problem will be solved in the next Vegas update but I can't really comment on it. I hope to see the issue resolved really soon. In the meantime, the workarounds mentioned above may work. As long as you avoid deleting any filter the program should be stable. Instead of deleting, perhaps disabling is sufficient. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
