Boris FX does not show up in Adobe Premiere Pro

I had been using Boris FX on an older PC, and recently got a new one with Vista 64 bit. I tried installing Boris FX, and it installed, but does not show up in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. I spoke with Boris support, and they said to download the update. I did that, but it still does not show up. If I run Boris keyframer itself, that works, but I can't get it to appear in my effects in Adobe Premiere.
