Leo GanzonChannel mixer input problem in Soundtrack Pro

Hi STP users. I'm using Soundtrack Pro v3 on a macbook pro system. My inputs come from a mixer (Zoom R16) via USB interface. I have my mixer controls enabled via Mackie.

I am trying to record 4 channels of audio simultaneously. The problem is on soundtrack pro, whenever I change the input source on one channel, all other channels mirrors the input source.

For example, In track one - I change my mixer input to Zoom R16/mono/channel 1. When I make my changes to track 2 to Zoom R16/mono/channel 2 - the settings on track one is also overwritten, the same goes for all other tracks.

The weird thing is that on garage band, I can change the input source of the mixer without a glitch.

Any thoughts on how to solve this issue?
