The short answer is that you really shouldn't be using the Limiter as a substitue for actually mxing your audio levels. If you are crashing your music hard into the Limiter it will always sound terrible.

Try and ride your music levels using keyframes if you don't have a mixing surface to do it with. This is really the only way of getting a decent result, sorry!

The longer answer is that you should be looking at using compression rather than limiting - but as I say it's a long answer.
