I also do not really comprehend the request I received but I have been asked to deal with each "chapter" of this video as a separate sequence and put all the different sequences in the timeline rather than working on just one long sequence. The Master Sequence is made up of the ten smaller sequences. Starting each sequence at a round number would not work.
What I hoped is that I could export the audio of the Master Sequence as one combined audio, then edit it, mix it with music, and return it as one audio file to the Master Sequence. Instead, it seems that I have to export the audio of each sequence separately in order to work on them.
