Normalize script doesn't always process whole file...

Hi,
i have created a Soundtrack pro script that ll normalize to 0db my files.
Today i dragged a whole folder of files onto the script (a shortcut icon on my desktop) and SP started processing the files one by one..I noticed the waveforms "growing", but it seemed that some files where not processed fully but only portion of it. I then opened a couple that i noticed this happening and compared the waveforms (and listened to them of course) with the original files. And indeed it had only processed a small portion of the file leaving the rest as it was..
It seems like another bug..
I use SP 2.0.2
Anyone had this?
thanks
