Soundtrack Pro Noise Reduction pop up going crazy

So 90% time while I am trying to add noise reduction to a clip coming from fcp, when i get to the reduce the noise function, the tab that comes up either flashes on real quick and dissapears and/or lets me work with it for a second before dissappearing.. VERY ANNOYING HELP I can't do anything sometimes before it disappears and if I do do something i can't even get the chance to apply it.. anyone else come across this problem?? check out youtube video for what i am talking about
