OK - so you're not working with a mix, but individual clips that have been roundtripped to STP? Could make it more complicated. You might have to go clip-by-clip and reconnect to the source media; more of an edit job than an audio job.

In general, when a Sequence is roundtripped, it returns a mixed master file, and does not replace clip-by-clip. If your client indeed "corrected" each clip you could be in for a world of pain; however these would not have erased the source media. The only other thing I can think of is to recreate/edit back in the audio in the sequence using match frame (not impossible but convoluted, depending on the complexity and length of the seq). Sheesh. Let us know how it goes.

Another thing you might be able to do is either use Revert Project or restore Project, but again, if the client "corrected" as they constructed the edit, that wouldn't be much use.
