Mike - what program are you working in, and where do the source files live? If this was sent from FCP to STP and then sent back to FCP, there could/should be a sequence in the FCP project that contains the original edits, muted, and a stereo or surround mix of the STP output - by default it would have the word "(sent)" appended to the sequence name.
If you're working in FCP on your side, you'd simply need to unmute the original tracks and send them to a new STP project, assuming you have the source media, project file, etc.
