Yes you put each file in separately, so say your 2 hour film has 5 channels, l,r,c,ls,rs,lfe, you should have 5 audio files which are all separate, so 2 hours of l, 2 hours of c, 2 hours or lfe, etc,

drop those into compressor or apack, where it designates, and your good to go, you have 5.1,
