Dang it, it was the red end of program marker. I somehow had dragged it the start of the timeline. Works now.
What is strange though, is still that the exports were full length of the project, or full length between my in and out. And the sound AT THE IN POINT would play in the exported file for a fraction of second. Now isn't that weird?
Anyway, THANK YOU FOR REPLYING!
P.S. Can anybody tell me how to clear in and out points?
