Upgrade or sell Mediavault 4210

We have a Mediavault 4210 that we are thinking of integrating into our current Xsan (we have Rorke arrays on it now) and I was wondering if anyone had opinions on whether to upgrade and integrate or just sell? I was hoping to replace the old 400gb drives with some 1TB or 1.5TB drives in all of the slots but I'm not sure if there is a limit to the size that we can put in. Also, we are concerned because we know that Ciprico went out of business.
The upgrade would be our cheapest option, and if it works then that would be great.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
Aaron
