Media Vault

Hi,
My Media Vault RX was up and running and then i ejected it by mistake. When i rebooted it only one side A seems to be lighting up and not side B. So it's not showing up on my desktop. I tried to look for a tech support number online and it seems as if they've gone out of buisness. Any help to get this up and running would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks so much,
michael
