Lance,
Thanks so much for the response. Yes, I'm on a PC, HP xw9300. I'm still trying to sort this out. No, I don't know yet what caused the drive to go offline. It is Raid 0. There are NO alerts / beeps or error when I turn on the array. When I start it, the lights cycle through like they always do.
I tried Atto utilities, but didn't get anywhere. Couldn't get a diagnosis with Atto's support either.
I have some screenshots. It doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. The two volumes do show up in Disk Manager, but they seem to have shifted from occupying Disk 2 and 3. Disk 2 now says unreadable. Disk 3 shows online but failed, and the slot AFTER disk 3 shows Missing and failed.
Any direction on diagnosis would be a huge help.
Thanks,
Lael
