Can I daisy chain another U320 to the one I already have?

Hello,
I apologize in advance if I sound like I don't know what I'm talking about.
I'm an editor working on Final Cut 6.02 on a Dual 2.7 GHz PowerPC G5 with 3.5 GB DDR SDRAM, OS 10.4.11 using a 1TB ATA U320 Raid3/2k for storage. It's getting to the point of being maxed out and I need to get another one for the producer I'm working with to load more footage and finish the project. There's another port in the back that is terminated and it looks like I could hook another U320 into that, so I just want to make sure I can, and also, this storage unit was bought in 2006, are the ones made now still compatible with this one? If so, is it the U320R or S? I'm not sure which one this is.
Thanks,
Jake
