MV 4210 Problems
by

Just received new MV 4210 & MacPro kit from B & H. Followed direction to Switch the raid setting from 0 to 3 (option 2). Turned on and got a constant beep, then service light on side A illuminated and the Light for D1 side A illuminated. I switched it back to Raid 0 (option 0) and still get the service side A and D1 blinks only once and stays off.
Did I make mistake by switching the RAID setting without doing something else first?
Is there some way to reformat the D1 drive?
Also only side B shows up on disk utility but not on desktop or accessible by computer. Not really understanding why I can't access it.
Any help would be welcomed,
- Dane
