Hello Daniel:

The U320s are compatible with Leopard if they are running the latest firmware (which you have). Not mounting is not the problem we were seeing with Leopard. Usually if the firmware is incorrect, the array becomes read-only. Not mounting could be caused by: Corrupt permissions on the boot drive, missing or corrupt host adapter driver, cabling problems, or the array is 100% full.
