expected performance

I have one of the original Huge 1.2 tb media vaults, so I believe thats u160? I've run it on several G4s w/Atto UL3d, and I'm making the move to a new G5, probably a dual quad 2.0 and the Aja LSe. What kind of speeds/real time performance can I expect using this raid and the Atto UL5D? I'm working mainly with DV50 codec and uncompressed 8 bit. Any problems with this set up?
