Wow, I have a similar setup but get much poorer performance. I have a Mac Pro, 4105 (RAID3, 500 GB disk model) and an Apple 2 Gb card. I am using fiber cables. I get about 05 MB/s read and write performance.

Lance, is that what you'd expect?
