Hello Mike:
If you haven't updated the OS in the last 6 months, how did you get to OS 10.4.6 - released only about 2 months ago? To check the firmware of the array go to Apple Menu -> About this Macintosh -> More Info -> On the upper left, select SCSI (or Parallel SCSI), on the upper right, click on the MediaVault located either below SCSI Domain 0 or SCSI Domain 1, and you should see "Version" or "Revision" on the lower right...If it hasn't been updated since December 2004, there's been approximately 5 firmware updates since then...
