MediaVault 4110 on Mac OSX

Folks,
So I got my big drive in and installed the driver. Took a couple of reboots for Mac OSX Disk Utility to see it, but it was there. Started partitioning and the Mac crashed on the 3rd drive set . Took another few restarts and I zerod the drives, but everytime I try and stripe the drives togther as a Striped unit with 256k blocks I get "RAID SET Faild with Invalid Argument".
Now I've never been one to get agressive, but this seems very negative. I'm working with the supplier to fix it, just wondering if any other users had anything similar.
Cheers
Mark
